Originally founded as a filmmaker collective, Northwest Film Forum has long valued strong partnerships as foundational for serving the community.

Longhouse Media catalyzes Indigenous people and communities to use media as a tool for self-expression, cultural preservation, and social change. They have curated the Indigenous Showcase series at NWFF since 2015.
Seattle Globalist
Seattle Globalist is a daily online publication that connects Seattle with local and global issues. They elevate diverse voices and act as a bridge between ethnic and mainstream media.
Blanket Fort Films
Blanket Fort Films is a nonprofit film production company that empowers filmmakers from underrepresented communities (LGBTQ, POC, and Women) through cost-free access to motion picture education and gear.
Interbay Cinema Society
Interbay Cinema Society provides material support for filmmakers working experimentally with celluloid film. We support emerging and established filmmakers through the grant and our festival, and we encourage new filmmakers with our educational initiative.
Brave Sprout Productions
Brave Spout is a boutique video production house run by filmmaker Filiz Efe McKinney, which specializes in interview-driven narratives with a strong focus on educational and documentary filmmaking.
